Neo FreeRunner comes in GSM 850 (Triband 850/1800/1900 MHz) and GSM 900 (Triband 900/1800/1900 MHz) variants. To find out which Neo is for you, we suggest checking the supported GSM bands in your territory.

GATEWAY ERROR 500

If you get this error while processing an order, don’t be alarmed. The Gateway Error 500 means your credit card may be denied due to insufficient funds, or requirements for authorization of international transactions. Your credit card has not been charged upon this error. You may want to call your bank to authorize this transaction from Taipei, Taiwan, and tell them that this transaction requests a 3D verification. Once completed, simply replace your order and you should not receive the same error.
